Clamato Tomato Cocktail Juice is the perfect drink ingredient that goes well with everything from a traditional Bloody Mary to the more savory, The Bloody Caesar and the beer drink, Michelada.
Calamato is a mix Mussel broth and tomato juice with a little extra spice. It can be enjoyed as is, but it's mainly used in various cocktails with vodka or beer. In Canada, it is usually in the drink "The Bloody Caesar" which is a saltier version of the Bloody Mary. In Mexico it's used mostly in the beer drink Michada or Michelada which is a milder and more refreshing version of the Bloody Mary.
The Bloody Caesar:
Kosher salt or seasalt glass rim.
2-3 lime wedges
Vodka 2 oz.
6 oz Clamato juice.
2-3 splashes Worcestershire sauce, or more to your liking
2-3 splashes of Tabasco, or more to your liking
Pepper to taste
Garnish with a celery stick and a pinch of salt or Kosher seasalt
Michada or Michelada: - A Milder and fresher version of Bloody Mary

60ml fresh juice from 2 limes, leave some for the glass edge
2 teaspoons hot sauce any such Tapatio or Tabasco
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle Corona or other Mexican beer
