Make your own Cadbury Cookies!
Ready in 3 easy steps:
1) Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan) Gas Mark 4. Line baking tray with grease-proof paper.
2) Pour the cookie mix into a mixing bowl and add the oil and milk. Stir with a spoon until combines, the dough should be quite stiff, but hold together easily - if not add a little mroe milk.
3) Roll into ten 35g balls and put onto the baking tray leaving space for them to spread, flatten slightly and bake for 12 minutes. Remove tray from oven, tap on counter to flatten cookies and bake for a further 2-3 mins until the edges are crisp. Remove from over and allow to cool for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooking rack.
