Sugar, wheat flour, skim milk powder, vegetable fats/oils (palm, shea, coconut), whey powder (milk), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, reduced-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), salt, baking powder (sodium bicarbonate), and flavorings (including vanillin). In addition to cocoa butter, the milk chocolate also contains other vegetable fats and at least 25% cocoa.
