Delivery terms

Fast international delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 2–4 business days outside Sweden. Orders placed by 10:00 on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery may take longer during weekends, campaigns or circumstances beyond our control.

Order confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. Please check the details and contact customer service as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.

International delivery

We offer international delivery. Available destinations, shipping methods and current prices are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, parcel size and contents.

Damage in transit

Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If the parcel or an item has been damaged in transit, take photographs and contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible. Keep the packaging until the case has been resolved.
