Betty Crocker Country Carrot Cake Mix 425 g
Cake mix for a soft and moist carrot cake with cinnamon and warm spices. Perfect for coffee breaks, parties, and cupcakes.
You will need
- 1.2 dl water
- 1 dl vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- Mix the mix, water, oil, and eggs. Whisk for about two minutes until the batter is smooth.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake for 30–35 minutes, depending on the pan.
- Let cool, and feel free to top with cream cheese frosting.
