Order confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address entered at checkout. Please check the details and contact customer service as soon as possible if anything needs to be corrected.

Delivery
We deliver to Sweden and selected European countries. Available destinations, estimated delivery times, shipping methods and current prices are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tracking information is provided when available.

Shipping costs and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout and may vary depending on destination, parcel size and contents.

Damage in transit
Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If the parcel or an item has been damaged in transit, take photographs and contact customer service with your order number as soon as possible. Keep the packaging until the case has been resolved.
