Cadbury Chocolate Sponge Cake Mix 400 g
Cake mix with cocoa and milk chocolate chips for soft chocolate layers. Bake as a classic layer cake and fill with frosting or whipped cream.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C, or 160 °C for a convection oven. Grease and line two round cake pans.
- Mix the eggs, milk, and oil according to the package directions. Add the cake mix and whisk gently for one minute.
- Divide the batter between the pans and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely, then fill and decorate.
