Inside the box, you’ll find both 20 g of PERi-PERi seasoning and a special oven bag —put the chicken in, add the seasoning, shake gently, and let the oven do the rest. The result is juicy chicken where all the delicious, spicy juices stay right in the bag.

The flavor is Hot, featuring Nando’s signature African Bird’s Eye Chili along with paprika, garlic, lemon, and spices. On Nando’s heat scale, it’s a 4, so this dinner gets a proper PERi-PERi kick—but above all, lots of flavor.

It’s almost ridiculously easy. Place about 500 g of chicken breasts in the included oven bag, pour the seasoning mix over them, and shake to distribute the seasoning. Fold the bag closed according to the instructions and cook for about 30 minutes at 210°C, or 190°C convection. When you open the bag, you’ll have both juicy, spicy chicken and flavorful juices that can be poured over the dish.

And chicken is just the beginning. Nando’s suggests that Bag & Bake can also be used with other types of meat, fish, or vegetables.
