Not just for turkey

It’s called the Turkey Roasting Tray, but the turkey certainly doesn’t have exclusive rights to it.

Withstands temperatures up to 350°C

The Bacofoil Turkey Roasting Tray is made of aluminum and can be used in the oven at temperatures up to 350°C.

For extra juicy results, the tray can be covered with aluminum foil during parts of the cooking process. Then remove the foil toward the end if you want the surface or skin to brown and become crispy.

Important to note

The pan is suitable for cooking, baking, frying, freezing, and storage.

Not suitable for the microwave. Do not allow the aluminum pan to come into direct contact with open flames or electric heating elements.

Highly acidic or salty foods may, in some cases, affect the aluminum. Bacofoil recommends lightly greasing the pan with cooking oil before cooking to reduce this risk.

The maximum recommended oven temperature is 350°C.

After use, the aluminum pan can be rinsed clean and recycled as aluminum where local recycling regulations permit.

A quick note from our packing team

The Bacofoil Turkey Roasting Tray is large, lightweight, and made of aluminum, which also means the tray is more sensitive to pressure than many other products during shipping.

Our Tasty Americans in the warehouse know this, and we always put a little extra care into packing delicate items. We protect and pack the pan as carefully as we can before it leaves our facility. Even so, the package has a journey ahead of it, and during shipping, the aluminum pan may occasionally get a minor dent or lose some of its original shape.

Fortunately, aluminum is malleable, and minor deformations can usually be gently pressed back into shape by hand and do not affect the pan’s performance in the oven.
